Selected once when you sign your agreement, this add-on covers me coming to your location up to twice a month, ongoing, for batch photography, short-form videography, and video editing. We'll scope out exactly what gets filmed together before each visit. Worth considering: without it, your Social Media content depends entirely on the assets you provide.

Site Hosting & Maintenance
Once your site is built, hosting and maintenance is a separate fee that keeps it live, secure, and running smoothly month to month. It covers server uptime, software and platform updates, and basic site upkeep, all handled for you. If you skip this, hosting and managing the site becomes your own responsibility.

Every project starts with a signed agreement, just to keep expectations clear on both sides.
ONE POINT OF CONTACT
To keep communication clear and consistent, I work with one designated point of contact on your end rather than juggling multiple people.
YOU PROVIDE THE ASSETS
I don't source your content for you, so I'll need basics like your logo and brand colors to get started regardless. If you'd rather not gather everything yourself, on-site batch content creation is available as an add-on.
MINIMUM COMMITMENT
Social Media packages ask for a 3-month minimum. Growth on social takes time to build momentum, and results are hard to judge any sooner. Website Maintenance runs on a 1-year minimum to keep your site properly hosted and supported for the long haul.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel a Social Media or Maintenance agreement anytime with 30 days' notice by email, as long as your account is paid up to date. Everything created for you, graphics, content calendars, templates, your site and domain, is yours to keep.
MISSED PAYMENTS
A missed payment gives you a 7-day grace period to catch up. If it's still unpaid after that, Maintenance clients' sites come down and Social Media clients' content is paused until the account is settled.
Web Design
DOMAIN HANDLED FOR YOU
I purchase and set up your domain as part of every build, and keep managing it for you while your Maintenance Agreement is active.
REVISION REQUESTS
Website builds include up to 2 revision rounds, turned around within 7 days. Send all your feedback in one email to hello@shecreates.agency with the subject line "Requested Website Change." Maintenance clients are billed a change fee per month changes are requested.
SITE TRANSFER
Once final payment is made, the site is yours. If there's no active Maintenance Agreement, future hosting and platform costs become your responsibility.
All payments accepted via PayPal. Maintenance clients may authorize automatic monthly billing through PayPal at time of signing. Deposits for new builds are due before work begins, no exceptions.
